Vanessa's Baptism

Ryan and I still can't believe it. Our baby is 8 and is now officially a member of the church. It seems like just yesterday that she was born. Time sure does fly. We were told that we thought the first 8 years were fast wait till the next 8 years they'll fly faster. That sure doesn't make me feel any better. :)
Vanessa was so excited about everyone that was there. I was so proud of her that she asked the people she wanted to be part of her program and all it was awesome. You could really see the spirit shine in her.
We had an amazing turn out it really showed how much she is loved and cared about. It was neat seeing her on Sunday go up with the bishop and he announced that she is the newest member of our ward. She didn't look embarrassed at all. She came back and said "mom there was a lot of people here" I just laughed.
Our wonderful family before the baptism. How truly blessed Ryan and I are to have each other and 3 beautiful little girls.
We got Vanessa her first set of scriptures of coarse they had to be blue (her favorite color). It was awesome seeing her reading them, sitting in sacrament looking up scriptures.
She was opening Grandma Linda and Uncle Dustin's present. She got some amazing gifts that day. My mom got her a glass etching of the twin falls temple with the base that glows (since twin was the first temple she went in). She got many beautiful necklaces which she loves so much and lots of other goodies.
Trista was such a big girl that day admiring her big sister and wanting to follow her everywhere. They are so adorable.
Ryan and Vanessa before the baptism. She got even more excited when she saw her daddy in white also.

Halloween Carnival

So after our big day with Vanessa's baptism and everything Ryan and the girls decided that we needed to go to the Halloween Carnival at the school that the 6th graders were putting on trying to earn money for their yearly Yellowstone trip. I was so exausted I thought i'd be safe saying I'm not going if Dustin isn't. Well I lost out Dustin went to. It ended up fun we had a lot of laughs and girls got to have fun seeing their friends. One little boy just gives Trista the giggles every time she sees him its so funny. Ya she's 4. We are in trouble already.
Natalia is a Pink Lepord she is so adorable. Ya doesn't Lamar in the back look thrilled he was watching the other girls dance around or play with Tristas costume that lights up.
Ya here are the 3 girls all dressed up. Of coarse this is after they've gotton their collection of vampire teeth and have to wear them and their face painted. Vanessa is a pirate (she loves pirates of the caribean), Of coarse Natalia is the lepord and Trista is a witch. We couldn't convince her to take her mask off haha j/k
Grams finally convinced them to take their teeth out for a picture haha
So now the girls are so ready for Halloween this week and I am ready for their chocolate and Wanda's pop corn balls haha

Happy 8th Birthday Vanessa

So Ryan and I are blown away that we have an 8 year old. It is amazing how much she has grown up especially the past month in preparing for her baptism. She is the most amazing little girl ever. She is such a great big sister and such a great helper to us around the house. She is so great at school and so understanding with everything. So mature for her age its scary.
So for her birthday we opened presents and she was so excited that we got Uncle Ty on the web cam so that he was part of it all. She was a stinker and would show him first instead of me with the camera haha. She sure does miss him. She was so excited with all her gifts. She chose to go to Twin and eat dinner and go bowling. So we all loaded up and went bowling. We got there late enough it was cosmo bowling. We all had a blast.

Here is Ryan with Natalia. It was her first time bowling. My mom would take her in one arm and bowl with the other. She swore that Natalia gave her a better score. Natalia loved it and all the lights she was so excited.
The girls with their bowling balls. I couldn't get them to just pose normal they had to keep doing funny things.
She was so excited to get mail from Uncle Bryce & Aunt Ashley. They sent her a horse calander and anyone who knows Vanessa knows she loves anything horses so she was thrilled.
She requested a new tea set for her bday so Natalia and Trista got her one and we have had so much fake drinks we are full haha. Ryan says since he will never have a boy he'll do fun things with his girls. So he got Vanessa 2 rockets for each of them to build. She was so excited for this and can't wait to put it together.
on top of my mom getting her her dress for baptism she spoiled her more and got her a set to make jewelry with. i have some fun pieces in my jewelry set now. I love it. Natalia even has new bracelets its so cute.

so cozy

It makes me so sad how fast Natalia is growing. After I got the older girls off to school I grabbed Natalia to cuddle with her. Ryan caught it perfect. She is so snuggly I love it and I wish that it would never stop. Hard to believe she is already 3 months old. :(

Turkey Time

So this last week we all went and got straw to use this winter. Trista's job was to babysit Natalia in the truck while we loaded. She is an amazing babysitter while we are traveling. The songs she comes up with is so great makes everyone laugh so hard. She was so excited to see that the farmer had turkey's. So when we got done loading she got to go play with them she was so excited. The farmer was laughing at how excited she was it was cute. All my mom and I had to say was those are some ugly animals but they sure do taste good. :)

This is our load of straw loads of fun to load and unload that. All we could think was where is Tyler when there is work around here haha.

Ok so I said I wouldn't put these up but haha I lied. They are just to cute not to share. I am going to use the collage ones at her baptism. The one with her on her side is what we put in her baptism invites. That is her favorite. She is so excited it is great. Oct 25 is her big day. (if you wanna know more info email me) She has planned her whole program and everything its awesome.  I can't believe she is going to be 8 tomorrow (18) so sad. Growing up to fast.

Boise

Well as most of you know Vanessa is going to be baptized October 25. Well we couldn't find any dresses that were Vanessa's size or modest in Twin so it gave us an excuse to go to Boise yesterday. We spent all day shopping and looking for dresses. It was terrible Ryan said, because TONS of the stores were having clearance sales so we had a lot of fun with that. Vanessa went saying I want a blue dress because that is her favorite color. Well after searching all day we found a dress she really liked at JcPenny's but we wanted to find one more store first to make sure that was her favorite. We are all so glad that we did because she found the most beautiful dress. Funny thing is that it ended up being black and white. It gave me chills when she put it on she looked so grown up and beautiful. All my mom and I could do was smile. So after that we found her jewelry, with pearls to match the dress. Then we finally found her some beautiful shoes that have the little girl heels on them which she wanted so bad so I was happy we found them. She is glowing and so excited about her upcoming day. I would love to show you pictures but she says no way till her special day haha.
Natalia turned 3 months old yesterday also its so sad how fast the little one is growing up. She is always smiling and talking its so great. The first things the girls do when they get home from school is say hi and play with Natalia.
After we were done shopping we went to Red Robin to eat and had the most amazing time there. Our waiter was amazing and the service, etc... Ryan told them that it was Vanessa's bday (which isnt till saturday) but they came out and sang to her. She was so embarrassed that she was laughing and trying to hide it was so funny we all were laughing so hard it was a great night.
Will add pictures soon but I don't have the pictures on this computer.

First Snow

Well Natalia had her first snow today. Girls left for school and said "it's snowing" we knew it was suppose to but we are SOOOO not ready for it yet especially after last winter. I took Natalia out for a few minutes she didn't like being cold so she's not a fan. Thankfully it was so fine that nothing stayed that sure made me feel better. Sadly though it never got much higher then freezing. I HATE THE COLD!!! If I were rich I'd so be in Flordia with you Jenny. :) So our fireplace is going an we are enjoying stuff inside for awhile. Hope you guys are all doing well.

So Sad

So I am so sad yesterday Ryan finally convinced me to put away all of Natalia's small clothes. I was a wimp through the whole thing and cried because she is not suppose to grow this fast. It was even sadder knowing that it will be the last time I put away small clothes. She is getting so big I can't believe it where is the time flying? It sure does make me happy to hear her talking and all of her beautiful smiles. She is so tickalish the girls love tickling her. She laughs all the time when tickled. She is starting to hold her toys now. I love having a few hours with her during the day before the other kids get home.
Trista is now on letter E at school her and Vanessa had so much fun going through the house looking for E things last night.
Vanessa is learning the true meaning of homework. Seems like she is always doing it but I just tell her she has to get use to it. She does great getting her reading time in with her little sisters. We have been discussing the true meaning of baptism she is so excited about it till I told her she had to go through her dad's interview and the bishop (alone) she didn't like that idea haha. I can't tell you how discusted I have been to try and find a modest dress for her and she insists on blue. So we have been doing a lot of online searching what a pain.
Ryan is busy with work and starting to get ready for the busy season in a few weeks. Also getting the place ready for winter.
Life is so good here we love it so much. Hope to hear from you all soon.
I'll add pics when i get my camera out of the car.

Happy Birthday Ryan

Well Ryan said that this is officially his last birthday. He says from now on he's only going to have anniversaries. He doesn't want to turn 30 so he's just going to stay 29. What a nut huh. Poor guy had to work all day but came home and got very spoiled by all of his girls.
My parents got him new pants. He said for some reason living in the country he goes through a lot of pants haha. Gosh I wonder why.
He got a Carrot Cake this year for his birthday it is so yummy.
Trista was so excited to get him some Halloween Decorations since it is Ryan's favorite holiday.
Vanessa got him a few huge bags of candy. I think he is set for awhile haha.
Natalia got him a new dirt bike helmet
I got him a new set of scriptures since his last set broke I so wasn't impressed. He also wanted red ones so that we could get Vanessa blue ones when she gets her first set in a few weeks for her baptism. I also got him a case to go with it.
He had a great birthday. Thanks to everyone that helped make his day great.

Grams & Pops Outfit

Well Grams & Pops I am so sad to say that Natalia now fits into one of the outfits that you got her. :( I was hoping that it would take her so much longer but it seemed she is growing way to fast. Thought you'd enjoy a picture of her in it.
Her doctor appointment that was on Sept 18 she weighted 12 pounds 1 ounce, 24" long and she is doing great. Still having problems with her nose draining but he said should fix itself so thats good to hear. She is smiling and giggling all the time now its so much fun.

Horse Back Riding

Dustin got Ryan a duster for his birthday Ryan was so excited about it because he'd been wanting one for awhile. So they were wearing them all weekend they looked so funny walking around the place in their cowboy outfits haha but they insisted they were warm. I say whatever they still looked goofy. :)
Well Ryan and Dustin decided they needed to go on a horse ride this last weekend. I believe they were gone about 5-6 hours. Lets just say they talked about their butts hurting for awhile. I thought it was pretty funny some of the stories that they told me. I regreted not sending the camera with them because they saw a huge herd of elk and many other things out there.

this was the guys as they were getting ready to leave
this was them getting ready to ride

on the way home they come

The guys got a lot done this weekend. They got all the roofs tinned and repaired where they needed it. So now all we have to fix is the front shed and replace the log in it.
Ryan and the girls started putting wood in the shed on Tuesday and had a lot of fun doing that. My mom and I started a rabbit cage for those dumb things she bought for the girls. They need a bigger cage since the girls won't let me get rid of them. :)
