Vanessa's Baptism

Ryan and I still can't believe it. Our baby is 8 and is now officially a member of the church. It seems like just yesterday that she was born. Time sure does fly. We were told that we thought the first 8 years were fast wait till the next 8 years they'll fly faster. That sure doesn't make me feel any better. :)
Vanessa was so excited about everyone that was there. I was so proud of her that she asked the people she wanted to be part of her program and all it was awesome. You could really see the spirit shine in her.
We had an amazing turn out it really showed how much she is loved and cared about. It was neat seeing her on Sunday go up with the bishop and he announced that she is the newest member of our ward. She didn't look embarrassed at all. She came back and said "mom there was a lot of people here" I just laughed.
Our wonderful family before the baptism. How truly blessed Ryan and I are to have each other and 3 beautiful little girls.
We got Vanessa her first set of scriptures of coarse they had to be blue (her favorite color). It was awesome seeing her reading them, sitting in sacrament looking up scriptures.
She was opening Grandma Linda and Uncle Dustin's present. She got some amazing gifts that day. My mom got her a glass etching of the twin falls temple with the base that glows (since twin was the first temple she went in). She got many beautiful necklaces which she loves so much and lots of other goodies.
Trista was such a big girl that day admiring her big sister and wanting to follow her everywhere. They are so adorable.
Ryan and Vanessa before the baptism. She got even more excited when she saw her daddy in white also.

Halloween Carnival

So after our big day with Vanessa's baptism and everything Ryan and the girls decided that we needed to go to the Halloween Carnival at the school that the 6th graders were putting on trying to earn money for their yearly Yellowstone trip. I was so exausted I thought i'd be safe saying I'm not going if Dustin isn't. Well I lost out Dustin went to. It ended up fun we had a lot of laughs and girls got to have fun seeing their friends. One little boy just gives Trista the giggles every time she sees him its so funny. Ya she's 4. We are in trouble already.
Natalia is a Pink Lepord she is so adorable. Ya doesn't Lamar in the back look thrilled he was watching the other girls dance around or play with Tristas costume that lights up.
Ya here are the 3 girls all dressed up. Of coarse this is after they've gotton their collection of vampire teeth and have to wear them and their face painted. Vanessa is a pirate (she loves pirates of the caribean), Of coarse Natalia is the lepord and Trista is a witch. We couldn't convince her to take her mask off haha j/k
Grams finally convinced them to take their teeth out for a picture haha
So now the girls are so ready for Halloween this week and I am ready for their chocolate and Wanda's pop corn balls haha

Happy 8th Birthday Vanessa

So Ryan and I are blown away that we have an 8 year old. It is amazing how much she has grown up especially the past month in preparing for her baptism. She is the most amazing little girl ever. She is such a great big sister and such a great helper to us around the house. She is so great at school and so understanding with everything. So mature for her age its scary.
So for her birthday we opened presents and she was so excited that we got Uncle Ty on the web cam so that he was part of it all. She was a stinker and would show him first instead of me with the camera haha. She sure does miss him. She was so excited with all her gifts. She chose to go to Twin and eat dinner and go bowling. So we all loaded up and went bowling. We got there late enough it was cosmo bowling. We all had a blast.

Here is Ryan with Natalia. It was her first time bowling. My mom would take her in one arm and bowl with the other. She swore that Natalia gave her a better score. Natalia loved it and all the lights she was so excited.
The girls with their bowling balls. I couldn't get them to just pose normal they had to keep doing funny things.
She was so excited to get mail from Uncle Bryce & Aunt Ashley. They sent her a horse calander and anyone who knows Vanessa knows she loves anything horses so she was thrilled.
She requested a new tea set for her bday so Natalia and Trista got her one and we have had so much fake drinks we are full haha. Ryan says since he will never have a boy he'll do fun things with his girls. So he got Vanessa 2 rockets for each of them to build. She was so excited for this and can't wait to put it together.
on top of my mom getting her her dress for baptism she spoiled her more and got her a set to make jewelry with. i have some fun pieces in my jewelry set now. I love it. Natalia even has new bracelets its so cute.

so cozy

It makes me so sad how fast Natalia is growing. After I got the older girls off to school I grabbed Natalia to cuddle with her. Ryan caught it perfect. She is so snuggly I love it and I wish that it would never stop. Hard to believe she is already 3 months old. :(

Turkey Time

So this last week we all went and got straw to use this winter. Trista's job was to babysit Natalia in the truck while we loaded. She is an amazing babysitter while we are traveling. The songs she comes up with is so great makes everyone laugh so hard. She was so excited to see that the farmer had turkey's. So when we got done loading she got to go play with them she was so excited. The farmer was laughing at how excited she was it was cute. All my mom and I had to say was those are some ugly animals but they sure do taste good. :)

This is our load of straw loads of fun to load and unload that. All we could think was where is Tyler when there is work around here haha.

Ok so I said I wouldn't put these up but haha I lied. They are just to cute not to share. I am going to use the collage ones at her baptism. The one with her on her side is what we put in her baptism invites. That is her favorite. She is so excited it is great. Oct 25 is her big day. (if you wanna know more info email me) She has planned her whole program and everything its awesome.  I can't believe she is going to be 8 tomorrow (18) so sad. Growing up to fast.
